It is discretionary whether we can switch items between soft play sets. It is depend on availability and comparison in item value, but usually yes!
What areas do you supply?
We supply the whole of Hampshire, and provide free delivery within 20 Miles of Gosport (Excluding IOW)
Set up and collection time
Soft play- 45 minutes
Soft play with personalisation- 1 hour
Balloon arch- 30 minutes
bouncy castle- 30 minutes

Soft play and bouncy castle- 1 hour
Soft play, balloon arch and bouncy castle- 1 hour 15
Collection time requires an hour for all sets
Do I need to add time on my hall booking for set up and pack down?

Yes, you will need to provide them time for us to set up and pack down. We regret to say that if the times are not provided, we cannot complete the booking.
Can adults use the bouncy castle
Whilst we love adults joining in on the fun, our bouncy castle is for children only.
Weather and outdoor bookings
We love an outdoor booking. However with the Great British weather, we cannot guarantee good weather on the day of your event. For this reason, we kindly ask you provide an alternative to outdoors, should the weather be adverse. This is inclusive of all our equipment.

Are there any vendors you cannot work alongside?
We enjoy seeing other peoples work and working with other vendors, however we regret to say we cannot work alongside face painters as the face paint causes irreparable damage to our equipment.
